Cancer researchers have made great strides of the past few years in Cancer research and screening development.

Molecular breast imaging (MBI) detected three times as many breast cancers in women who have dense breasts and who are at a higher risk of developing the disease. The MBI is able to locate differences between normal tissue vs. cancer tissue.

With the new screening Doctors will be able to dectect and treat cancer in women fast and more effectively, and the faster that cancer is detected the better rate of survival.  It is breakthrough’s in cancer screening that leads me to believe that one day we will find a cure for breast cancer.

But for now we can increase there chances of beating cancer by a simple MBI sceening.
